very tiny red bump on penile shaft that had occurred after excessive masturbation

Hello, i'm a 20 year old male and lately I had been frequently masturbating without lubrication. One session after masturbating, a hair follicle on my penile shaft that has always been there had turned a light red and somewhat resembled a very small pimple. Very stupid and random of myself, I plucked the hair out and popped this tiny pimple and a very small amount of a white type of zit material (not at all a liquid) came out of it. It has been a few days and it seemed like the pimple had built up some more of the same previous material and the same amount so I popped it again and now its getting smaller but it's still there as a very tiny light red bump. The area doesn't hurt, I haven't been sexually active for quite some time, i've always used condoms, my STD tests came back negative, and none of the pictures of HPV or herpes resemble this bump whatsoever. All i'm trying to figure out is what could this possibly be since it's obviously not an STD of any kind, thanks for any help that can be provided.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
The symptoms can be due to a sebaceous cyst. A sebaceous cyst is a closed sac occurring just under the skin which contains a "pasty" or "cheesy" looking substance called keratin. They may occur anywhere on body but scalp, ears, back, face, and upper arm, are common sites for sebaceous cysts. Blocked sebaceous glands, swollen hair follicles and excessive testosterone production will cause such cysts.

Generally no treatment is required but they become painful then it means they are infected, Then surgical excision by traditional wide excision, minimal excision, and punch biopsy excision may be required.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
