You better get checked for pancreatis! My Dr. said to tell immediately if I get bad reactions. She would NEVER let me take it then.

My endocrinologist put me on Victoza last Wednesday, August 28th...I got a little bit of nausea but is not bad at all. I ate like a bear all my life, and I have tried everything, as matter of fact I am scheduled to have a Gastric Bypass on October 6/2014. The only I have to say, that after my first 1.8 dose, for the first time in my life, I am not hungry. My intake of food is greatly reduced, and my Blood Sugar which usually ranges from 167- 150...today is 100. If I continue to have control of my apetite and my Blood Sugar by late October I will re-schedule my Gastric Bypass and play it by ear. I may no need the Gastric Bypass. I just want to sahere.
