Does my 12 year old beagle have cushings?

My beautiful 12 year old beagle has been having extreme thirst, excessive hunger and she is urinating in the house. I've read so much on cushings and it seems like she follows every single one of the symptoms except for the hairloss- she has the most hair of any dog I've ever seen. Shes had several fatty tumors and skin growths the past couple years. I had 2 of the tumors removed last year($$$) I really don't have the money to do tests on her as I'm a young college student working full time just to pay rent. I guess my question is, what can I do? Is there any affordable way to get a diagnosis on her? I maybe have $600 total in my savings that I can spend. Ive had Ellie for all of her life and more than half of mine. She means so so so much to me. Please help.

The only way to truly diagnose your dog is to have some veterinary tests run.
Obviously, possible Cushing's can't be ignored. If it is that, it isn't going to get better all of a sudden without proper diagnosis and treatment.
Unortunately dogs are mortal too. And even though we love them so much, the time will always come when they need veterinary treatment.
Is there any charitable aid you can apply for? Or is there any vet who will take staggered payments, or with whom you can work out some sort of plan? Is there any way you can borrow money you need for diagnosis and treatment if necessary? And are you insured, and what would that cover?
Somewhere on this forum I posted a thread (a way back now) about charitable aid for those who need help for vets' fees. I don't know which page the thread is on now, but I remember posting a list. Look for it if you can. Some things may or may not be helpful but check it out (it is for the U.S.)
