Doberman Pup not eating w fever

I have two 3-months old Doberman Pups. One of them is usually more active than the other. Last two days she is feeling down. Since yesterday night she is not eating, not even milk (except a few licks) have temperature. The same day she was due for deworming - which she got (So, deworming is not the cause). They have a large area to roam around - so I am not sure if she has pooed in this entire time. I have not seen. Have asked Vet and given her some tylenol but it did not help. Any advice? Could she have eaten something that is blocking her passage and therefore the fever? It is sad to see the pup so down.

Your puppy needs to be examined by a vet.  Today. Puppies can go downhill very fast.  Is the puppy current on its shots so far?  Vomiting? Diarrhea?

Was the pup seen by a vet for deworming, or are you using something over the counter?
