stress-induced vomiting

My great-nephew has this condition. He is quadriplegic, aged 10 years, and is school-refusing. His mother also suffers from stress-induced vomiting as did his grandfather. Is this considered to be an inherited condition? What advice can be given?

I am not sure about the question..but here is some information. Stress induced vomiting is just that, a response to stress and may indicate that both grandfather and daughter have a very sensitive stomach mechanism that allows stress to be represented that way. I am not sure about your great nephew, what is the question, but if there is a quesiton about him, you should ask that at some other forum , this is about emotional eating.
