Endometriosis returning

I had endometriosis surgery back on July 10.  She found 2 cysts one that was ruptured and one that wasn't.  She had to give me a full blown laporotomy.  I was fine for awhile, but just as I have started to feel more like myself.  Many strange things started to happen.
I have had cramps for about 10 days.  I also feel sick to my stomach and don't really feel much like eating.  I'm hot 100% of the time.  I also cry and don't want anyone to touch my stomach.  I have even started puking a little bit.  Going to the bathroom makes me cry.  I haven't gotten my period yet but already feel like I have it.  My last period was very short.  I filled 2-4 pads and it was gone.  I could still pull it out with my fingers, and that scared me.  I'm tired all the time and can't find enjoyment in anything lately.
I'm wondering if the endometriosis is returning.  I know you are thinking how could it be back so fast, but fish oil is about all I can do as far as controlling it, as I have many medication allergies.  I don't know what is going on or what to do.  My right ovary probably should have been removed because it is causing me so much pain.  I had no time to think it over before my surgery happened, since it all happened so fast.  I'm about a week away from my period and I feel like I want to go lay in a corner and die.
The pain from the surgery isn't even 100% gone.  I have no idea what is going on, but also know that when she talked to my husband she said it was one of, if not the worst case she had ever seen.  I mean I know she wants me to give it a little more time, and I will.  I just want to know what I should do?  Is it at all possible that the endo might be returning?  Even my husband says I'm acting just like I used to.
It seems like none of that surgery ever took place.  I feel just like I did before it, if not worse.

synthetic antibiotics are what she gave me.  My stomach isn't happy with me.  Maybe I'll be able to use the bathroom normally.
I feel like because I'm young I'm being preyed on.  I get shoved out the door before I have any of my questions answered.

I guess I have some kind of an infection.  This will be fun since mold is my worst enemy.  I now have to figure out what I'm going to do.
Also I'm 100% my endo is back.  The worst part is no one knows how long it'll be to my next surgery.
I now know how this is going to end.  I'll need a hyst.  She said so, and I'm not sure how much I like that idea, but I guess I'll get used to it.

She called her gyn and is going back in on Monday. Here's hoping for answers. It's hard to go so long without doctors listening to you.

You really need to go back to your gyn and tell her all the symptoms you are experiencing right now. If you are truly endo free, you shouldn't have any symptoms.

I have an appointment on Monday morning. I think I'm going to make sure she sees me more often than once a year.
I've had bad cramps this period. Again very little blood, I think it's hung up on something in there. Bathroom issue resolved itself and came back again. Better safe than sorry. My head is pounding from staring at my phone so I think I'm going to call it a night.

What my sister said is very true. I think I'm going to call her this week and see what she says. I don't like having to admit defeat, but I really don't want to wind up on death's doorstep again.
Every case of endo is different.

My sister's next appointment is about a year from now. She saw her doc a couple weeks ago. Also, her gyno is a woman. :) She really isn't doing well and is still having trouble doing every day tasks.

when does your doctor want to see you again ? When was your last follow up ? What did he think about the endo returning so quickly. I had a lap in July and still feel fine and I am not taking anything either for my endo. I had advanced endo as well....
