by terissa, Mar 24, 2006 12:00AM
I have been riding a stationary bike very fast for 1hr everyday.I have noticed that i get bruises on my outer upper thighs .I know it is comming from exercising, because last year i was doing the same exercise on the bike and i got bruises then to in the same places. Is this normal? Is there anything i can do to prevent this from happening. Thanks,Terissa

Its funny that i found your question because thats what i was here for. I too get the same thing. Bruises after exercising every time.I am not sure why this happens to some of us but i would like to know as well. Let me know if you find out anything and i will do the same.
