extreme tingling in left leg, dislocated knee

i dislocated my knee near the end of september. it popped back into place instantly, but after that ive put alot of pressure on it. Now, for about 6 weeks ive experienced this extreme tingling on my left foot, from about hte knee down. This is only on the leg that i injured. The doctors say its unrelated but I think otherwise

What are the symptoms?

Symptoms of a dislocated knee include:

    * severe pain immediately after injury
    * inability to bend the knee properly
    * deformity of the knee
    * rapid swelling of knee joint
    * tingling or numbness in the foot.

the last symptom is mentioned, and the doctors keep misdiagnosing me

i cant tolerate this pain any longer, anyone have any similar experiences or ideas?

you could have poor circulation in the one leg so that could be the foot    or you could have sprained youre ankle    or pulled a muscle    or your knee isnt copletely in and the odd position of youre knee could be effecting the rest of your leg

i dislocated both my knees and had to get surgery but thats because my knees were always swollen and the physical therapy wasnt working.the surgery is supposed to stop dislocations but my knees still dislocate sometimes.you could wear braces.

You could have a pinched nerve or torn some connenctive tissue. You might want to consider an MRI as this would be a difnitive answer to your problem but the price is an issue as an MRI can easily go over $1,000.00 when you factor in the test it self plus the radiologist reading it, plus the doctor going over the results.
