is it all right to run everyday

Hi I am a avid runner...I run about 8-10 mile a day some days i do not run but the majority of the time i run everyday. i was wondering if this is unhealthy and i should start running every other day and hike on the days i do not run....or something along those lines.....I have heard 2 sides to running everyday but i do not know which 1 is right.....need help

Hello allygirl234,

Running, jogging, skipping, swimming, skiing are the best forms of cardio exercises and you are suggested to continue your great habit!

You need to take all precautions as in consuming some light breakfast, juice before the start and also to rehydrate yourself with sufficient water everyday. Another important thing is you should wear proper running shoes and do not run on hard surfaces.
