just had baby by c section
I want to get back to pre pregnancy weight but I am so busy and tired how do I stay on a healthy diet and what kind of exercises should I be doing?

I delivered naturally 3 months ago. I bought a Zumba program and started restricting my calorie intake and I feel great. Zumba is the way to go. It's fun and you don't have to go through straneous floor workouts like crunches. I highlt recomend it to new moms :)
