what are the best excersices to tone and tighten my legs, butt and stomach?

Squats, stair exercises using weights and and ab exercises with a ball.  The workout routine called Insanity would be great.  You can use YouTube to learn lots of exercises that mostly use your own body weight or small, affordable equipment.
