pulled chest muscle

ive been having pain in my left side of chest at the end of the muscle n towards the arm into my shoulder n back ive had e.c.g plus ive been to a heart specailist n done all test everything came back clear its been over 12 months ive had this on going problem when i twist certain ways it hurts n if i lay down n lean on my arm i have the pain i have had a ultra sound on the chest muscle and it came back ok i dont know what else to do or go as this problem has a major effect on my life

i think i'm having the same problem. i started out with pains in the chest. i thought it was a heart. i did every heart test known to man and it came back normal. but now the pains travel everywhere. down the stomach. neck. on the shoulder blades, between shoulder blades  and the latest pains i get are where chest meets the underarm shoulder area. its like an electric type of pain. like an electric jolt. is that what you have too? i'm 35 years old. how old are you? how did your pain first begin?
