Hello, I am really woundering from the pain in my whole legs especially in the down part of my legs and also a feeling of knee stiffness eventhough i stopped running a month now.my proplem is that i have to work 12hours a day, 6days a week while standing on my feet.Furthermore,I have to stand on my legs all my working time .I dont know what to do to stop this pain with no pain killers and to return my leg back as before.Thank you
Please check your blood pressure and also after work keep your legs elevated on a drawing room table while sitting or sleeping and see if the Oedema dissapears.
Do not stand for long hours while working, always take a break and sit for few minutes after couple of hours and you will be fine by following proper ergonomics.
If it does not work out, visit an orthopaedician and take a prescription.
