White Bump near Eye

I have a small white bump near my eye - it's by the indentation between the eye and the nose.  It's not a zit, doesn't hurt at all and is only white - no redness or anything.  So it wouldn't bother me, except that I am wondering if it could be related to this "eyeache" I am having.  The same eye aches, like a headache.  I've only had the bump and the ache for a few days.  The bump is only about 2mm big. Is this some sort of stye (I've had them before, but they were always on my eyelids) or something?  Just wondering what this could be and if it might be causing the ache?  Thanks.

dont know.  someone needs to look at it.  you might need an exam to figure this out.  you could be talking about your "punctum":
