Air pressure cause a change in iris color?

if you were to pinch your nostrils and blow really hard to clear your ears ,could pressure build up on the eyes and could it have an effect on iris color causing a discolouration?

I do not believe it will.  You should have someone look at your eyes and see if the color changes. The change in the color you see may be due to corneal surface changes as you blow your nose.
