I don't think that there's a perfect correlation between your prescription and your acuity according to an eye chart. But my best guess is that you're around 20/30--maybe a little less. You can download a free eye chart, mark off the feet, and check it out.
Absolutely cannot tell what your vision is from your glasses RX. It's like looking at your shoes and trying to tell how fast you run. There can be no assumption that the eyes wearing this RX are healthy.
