Brightness or glare over the light

Dear sir,
I am seeing recently a circular brightness like glare whenever I see to electric bulbs at night, next to the glare also 2 halos I can see. It came because of using an herbal eye drop. I had used it just for 3 days then I quit using this. I got checked up everything from my eye doctor. He says your eyes are normal. Still I see the brightness which is covered over the light. What is it ? Please help...

You have a corneal problem according to you previous posts.  If caused by the herbal drops, it should get better with time.
