Eye pressure Headaches

I get massive headaches at least twice a months that are right behind the eye. Usually it it the right eye, but it also occurs in the left eye , and both every once in a while. With these headaches, it sometimes the pressure gets so bad that dark or light room help, I some times feel like ripping my eye out, and other times it feels like my eye lids are putting pressure on my eye(s). All of the doctors that I have seen say that it is just a migraine or sinus pressure and give me pills, but they don't work at ALL! So what is this and what can I do to stop it???????
