Healthy Eye Exam & STILL Having Issues?

Healthy Eye Exam & STILL Having Issues?

Okay so I have been having this sensation in my right eye for about 6 days now. I got new glasses about, oh, 2 weeks ago and wore them on and off (doc said they were just to throw on when driving since im slightly nearsighted).. I did wear them at the computer which she didn't recommend. My right eye was slightly worse than my left. Anyways, I have been under a ton of stress lately & thought I was getting an ocular migraine, just without the flashy sensation (looks like I've been staring into a light, but I can still see). There's a bit of a dull ache that comes and goes, and it seems to be worse when I think about it. Tends to be worse in flourescent light and when I'm looking at the computer especially. I went back to the eye doc and she examined my eyes and said everything looks healthy, no signs of tearing or anything like that. She said it might be because she made my one eye's lens too strong, but the weird thing is is that the problem is worse with my glasses off.

Is it possible to have an ocular migraine for a WEEK straight? with no serious pain? I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow to get some bloodwork done since I eat like crap (stopped taking vitamins in like december & just started back up about a week ago). Could this be froma  combo of vitamin deficiency & stress?

Not very likely.    An unbalance in the two eyes can cause some of this problem.
