Narrow Angles

Narrow Angles

Im 44 and have been diagnosed with Narrow Angles. I do not have any symptoms, no pain, no increased preassure, no vision loss. I had an Iridotomy which was not successful in opening the angle which remains open at a 5 degree angle.  I started treating right eye only with Pilocarpine 1% for 4 wks for a comparision when the Ultasound was preformed. The angle opened slightly, but not enough, in the eye being treated, and the angle was not visable in the left which is concerning to me. I have now started treating the right eye again with Pilocaroine 2% to try and open the angle. This drop burns really bad causing the eye to tear really bad, but goes away after a few minutes. I feel like the drop is being washed out by the tearing. This condition is starting to scare me and don't want to waste time treating if this is getting washed out. I am using this 3x a day and was wondering if this will stop after using it for a couple of days. Needing some sucess!

This is unusual.  I would recommend you get a second opinion with a glaucoma specialist.
