Rash around my Eye

On the outside corner of my eye, there is a little rashing that has been there for about a month. It's more prominant around my right eye, but my left eye has some too. It's a little bit red with a couple of bumps.
It doesn't hurt or itch or anything, but the length that it has persisted has begun to worry me.

Any ideas on what it could be?

You can cautionsly try some over the counter topical hydrocortisone cream keeping it out of the eye. If it persists then see an opthalmologist or dermatologist.
