I had Right Horner's Syndrome after a spinal cord injury. It has gone away but can is reappear with no recent injury. I had my eyes checked and with the drops after quite a few hours my right eye stayed dilatedDilated cardiomyopathy longer than the left? Any Dr. know about this?? L
Horner Syndrome occurs when the nerveNerve biopsy Nerve conduction velocity supplying one of the the pupillary muscles
is damaged as in your injury. The pupil constricts and dilates very slowly. I suspect the Horner's did not entirely resolve but only improved. The test you had with eyedrops highly suggests this. Pupil size differences vary in Horner's depending on whether they are measured in brighter or dimmer lighting conditions so the pupil size difference may be more obvious at some times more than others. You are fortunate that it improved at all but at this point it will probably be a relatively permanent condition.
