Spider Bite Near Eye
A spider bit me on the forehead, near my eye, 16 days ago. The bite (two scabs) is healing up, swelling on my face has disappeared. The problem is my eye. There has been a lot of pain (sharp and now burning) and redness, but it has not affected my sight. Is this usual to last so long in the eye, and if so, how long before my eye heals.

Depends on what type of spider it was. Here in the midwest we have the brown recluse spider that can take months for it to heal. If you're concerned see your family MD or an eye MD.
