Toxoplasmic central chorioretinitis.Please help me!

My name is Viorel, I am 21 years old and live in Moldova. In 2004 I was diagnosed with toxoplasmic central chorioretinitis scar in the right eye from the dog or cat. I've been many times to ophthalmologists, but without changes. With the sick eye I see 30%, at all 100% with healthy, but I'm afraid to not transmit disease and to the left.
In my country there is no treatment for this disease and therefore I try to look for possible treatments in more developed countries, if such exists. If there is somewhere treatment please tell me, maybe can still do something. For years I dream to be like everyone else.

Hi Viorel ,
My name Is Belen , I'm from Tunisia , North Africa , and i will be 21 by the 3rd of August , and i'm still suffering form toxoplasmosis , In 2005 I was diagnosed with toxoplasmic central chorioretinitis scar in the my left eye , at that time , With the sick eye I see 60% , and in 2008 i was diagnosed again with toxoplasmosis in the same eye , but that time the disease was active , so i took the treatment i felt well , after that , after 2 years the disease attacked the same eye for the 3rd time , and i took the same treatment i felt better but now with the sick eye I see only 35% , and last year , also i was diagnosed with the same disease but jumped to the Right eye , i was very afraid of losing the vision in my right eye , as always i took the treatment and felt fine , but yesterday , i was diagnosed with the same disease active in my right eye ! so i thought that that disease gonna leave me only when i get blind , and all the attacks came in the same time , always between March and  April , so voila :) .
