This could be vitreous floaters. I recommend a good eye exam to evaluate this.

If your symptoms are due to entoptic phenomena they will remain because they arise from the normal workings of the eye generating sight. Most of us just tune these things out and ignore them.

You have reached about the limit of what we can do on these eye forums and I would urge you to deal with your personal physicians.

I left you question unanswered because I have already responded to it. I thought that perhaps one of the other ophthalmologist (eye MDs) might respond.

From your description of your problem it really doesn't sound like anything terribly serious. You will not hurt your eyes by using a computer, watching TV, reading, etc.

The spots, dots, etc as we've discussed before are strongly suggestive of entoptic phemomena. If I stop for a second at look at my computer screen I can see millions of small bright tiny lights moving all over my screen. These are the flying corpusles that alarm so many folks.
