back of eyes

Hello, well I have had a runny nose and sneezing the past 2 or 3 days and today at work when i turn my eyes the back of my eyes hurt also with this pain i had a small headache. the headache wasn't hurting alot but it was still causing a little pain so i dont know what this is??

Your eyes "live" in a bed of sinuses (frontal, maxillary, sphenoid, ethmoid). If the sinus are blocked, inflammed or infected it can cause pain and pressure around and behind the eyes. If its worse tomorrow you might want to see your personal MD. Meanwhile an oral decongestant and saline nasal spray to irrigate out the sinus opening are often helpful
