eye larger than the other and jagged vessels in same eye
I was told a couple of years ago the vessels behind my right eye are jagged. I have never had high blood pressure, so wasnt sure what cause it. I never really thought about it again. Then about 2 months ago I started noticing a difference in that eye. It is now larger than the other. I'm not sure what this could mean or if it's really anything to worr y about it... Any help or advice would be great!!

The size of the eye and the retinal blood vessels are not related.  See an ophthalmologist.
