my outter part of the eye is broken and internal light of the eye is fine and i want know is there any operation which can cure my eye?

i had an eye injury when i was 7 ..wat happend was dat i pulled an iron wire and it went straight in to one of my eye ..since den i have squint in dat eye and cant see properly,its number is +10 ..with this number  too i cant see clearly .it just increases d size of the image ,its heavy fog in my eye . thing i have been told is dat my outter part of the eye is broken and internal light of the eye is fine  and i want know is there any operation in this world  dat can cure my eye?

I do not have enough information.  A +10 suggests that you lost your lens.  An lens implant may help this part.  I do not know if you also need a corneal transplant.
