HCG dropped, no baby

well ladies, the HCG dropped, went from 25 to 23.
The nurse will call me back today to let me know if I should stop all meds or test the HCG one more time.  She said that it's most likely a biochemical pregnancy that will end in miscarriage.
I'm going to have myself a good cry, then a nice big cup of coffee!!

It's time to shift my focus onto something else, this was our third and last try.
I'll keep checking my messages every now and then, hope to hear from all of you and hear the good news!

I was thinking the same thing as the others about the vanishing twin thing.  I would just try to wait out your next count and go from there.

I'm not trying to give false hope. But, I would test one more time. There are rare cases where it was twins and one doesn't make it thus causing the appearance of a drop. One baby's Hcg is rising while one is dropping. It's a long shot, but a chance.

I am so sorry to hear that.  I know exactly how you feel I had a biochemical pregnancy in February -- I cried a couple times then picked my head up and went on with my life.  And now I again wait to see what this month will bring.
