Allodynia and Fibro

Hi there.  Is there such a thing as allodynia that is not painful??  I have been having very odd sensations and the only way I can describe this is non painful allodynia.  Eg.  When I rub my upper legs my toes tingle, and when I rub my face I get a strange dizzy feeling in my head.  Is this caused by something serious?  It is very bothersome.  I have neck pain regularly.  Otherwise healthy,  b12 normal, iron normal.  Not diabetic.  Thyroid normal. Please can someone tell me what is up?

I think what your experienceng is defined as 'Painful Paresthesia'

"Paresthesias are odd nerve sensations that can feel like crawling, tingling, burning, itching or numbness."
