Very good and he is right on in that we must learn coping skills.  There is no cure so we must learn to make peace with ourselves and our forced lifestyle.

The book he has written also includes Fibromyalgia.  One can assume that any treatments which improve CFS will also improve FMS in most cases.  These two have so many similar symptoms and it appears that most with CFS will have FMS.  Those having FMS may also have CFS...or develop it later.
