CFS ... Who to tell?

I think my CFS is coming back severely. It was sort of a cloud hanging over my head before, but now a brick has fallen from that cloud and hit me on the head.

But should I keep the thought of CFS to myself? Or tell people about it? My parents for example don't want to hear that im feeling bad again. And im worried that I'll just seem like I'm complaining/whining.

Should I tell my teachers that's something's up? Because my work hasn't been always 100% these days.

Anyway, opinions are welcome!
Thanks in advance!

As a mother myself,I would never want my children to not want to come to me with what ever was bothering them. Especially they know you have had these symptoms before. Whining is what also seems to be part of the minor symptoms for myself right now, because I am scared and confussed. After reading so many comments on this site,I believe we all need to stay together, to get the answers we need. Some one will always be here, and I am gratefull for this. Unfortunatly we have to hurt.  Share with your family, They are there for you.. best of luck,  Jacqie

Hi ! Since you are a teenager, I would highly recommend that you discuss this issue with your parent's. Feel free to show them the information in our Health Pages (located to the upper right of your screen). We just added a bunch of great information !

Keep us posted !
