Eating with fibro

I am wondering what foods are best to eat? I recently started eating much healthier with the " low carb diet plan" I am walking but I still have pain of course so I need some sort of list of foods that are good for people with this. The only pain medication i take for fibro is Tramadol 200 mg time released twice per day. I have been on everything I was addicted to hydrocodon like to never got off of it. But this is so far the best I have done but like this morning I had a horrible flare. I certainly understand all the suffering you all are going through. God bless u all! Definitely consider going gluten and dairy free.  Everyone but one person I know with FM has trouble with gluten and dairy.  Also, since going gluten and dairy free I don't have the major eczema flare ups on my hands any more.

it's been said that spicy foods are good for autoimmune conditions. turmeric.
i eat medium spicy foods - i don't go out of my way to do this, but i don't exclude them.
i also notice that some proteins aggravate our systems - so you might by process of elimination keep testing egg/ dairy/ milk/ soy/ kidney beans. also cut out wheat/ gluten things.
so i eat a lot of potato rice corn millet veges meat coconutmilk nuts
filtered water
less sugars
good luck n take care
