Fibro Question

I know that sitting all day is not good for your muscles, but what do you do when you are to tired or sore to get up and to anything? I try and use the 15 minute rule, do something for 15 minutes then rest, but sometimes after I sit down that's it for the day. If you don't use the muscles the harder it is on yourself, but when you try and use them you really seem to pay for it sooner or later.

Any advice would be helpful, Thanks in advance!

I have severe foot and leg pain day & night. Dr said to walk but that makes me worse. I have a long rubber strap that I use to do stretching exercises. Hurts during exercise but then seems to ease pain some. Start slow and work up to higher levels. Also just GENTLE stretches like sitting on bed or floor with legs straight and then point toes and stretch leg as far as u can and hold for 1 minute or trying to reach toes (but don't over stretch).
Good luck and best wishes.

I hear you and know exactly how you feel. This morning was so tired and sore I had a tough time getting out of bed. I laid there for ten more minutes and literally drug myself out of bed.

I've learned if I feel that way early in the morning, then don't push  yourself to exercise. You will pay for it later in the day. I went to the pool for thirty minutes and just walked and used a kick board. After getting out of the pool felt terrible.

Listen to your body in the morning. If you are that sore then skip walking or the exercise until you feel more up to it.

I feel your pain and really feel it today. Every day is different.
