Strange Fibro Case??

Hi All

Does anyone experience or know of people with Fibromyalgia that are not plagued with fatigue or sleep disturbances? My pain right now is in my hips, nowhere else. I have not been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia but I have this pain that nobody seems to know how to diagnose. I had upper back pain for a few months (4 months) over a year ago and that has not come back. Besides that, I don't have any other real symptoms. Im 26 years old and I am a guy and I am not sure why I am in pain.

Hi, I am 26, so osteoarthritis is pretty unlikely

I have been checked for Lyme Disease as well and that came back negative.

I just saw a neurologist who prescribed an MRI on my lumbosacral spine..

you may want to get checked for lyme disease as well.

u should check to see if pinched sciatic nerve. Don't know your age but OA also could be affecting u. Most fibro sufferers do have sleep & fatigue systems.
