In addition to what was already said, antidepressants that are often used for things like Fibromyalgia, can actually make these symptoms you're talking about worse.

Welcome to the forum.
Look into "Leaky Gut Syndrome". Also closely related : "The Gut and Psychology Syndrome" -GAPS.
Excellent Protocol to follow is the GAPS diet.
You should go for a complete Nutritional (Vitamin, and micronutrient  Deficiencies Panel).
You are what you absorb AND assimilate-NOT what you eat or what you ate!-
Just do a search for the above.
