is it really fibromyalgia

I have been "sick" for eight years.I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, cognitive disfunction, hotchimoto disease and somitization disorder. I am in constant pain. I have vetigo and tingling in my face. also I have a problem with balance. Its like my body just desides to move on its own causing me to fall or nearly fall. I also have slight tremors in my hands and drop small things. My question is, do these last symptoms belong to one of my many diagnosis or do all my diagnosis add up to one undiagnosed illness. My husband is laid off so no insurance so no more specialist. can anyone help figure this out??

Yes, the last symptoms are those that can be associated fibromyalgia and cfs.  I also have had a balance disorder for over 40 yrs. and experience tremors as well.
