Next Day Fatigue

I have seen a few people on here discuss waking up not being able to breath because of GERD induced aspiration.  I have had this happen 3 times in the last 1.5 years.  I know it's because I ate too close to bedtime.  My question is; has anyone else been extremely fatigued even after clearing their throat?  I have been VERY tired after this happened for the entire next day!  I have already been diagnosed with Barrett's.

Look at the GERD meds u r on...some will give a flu like side effect.....if that is the case call ur Dr and change meds.

Thank you for your prayer.  This fatigue is far beyond that of less sleep.  My body aches as if I had the flu.  Yes, I have modified my diet, thank you.

Hi...it is the waking up and the disruption of a nights sleep that  is most likely causing ur fatigue...do talk to ur Dr.

I hope u have modified ur diet, and no longer eat close to lying down, and avoid foods and bevs that will trigger ur GERD.

  I pray u feel better
