Recently had a BM and noticed that it was clear jelly like-kinda looks like mucous. What could this be.I have noticed that the color  has been changing to yellow and they are loose(not diahrrhea) and its feels like I am not evacuating completely. This mornings Bm was back to brown and it actually looks like worms attatched to it(unless its mucous.)

It doesn't hurt to get it checked out but I get this occassionally it could be a anal fissure (which is a small tear) hemorroids, or even just using to rough of toilet paper, as long as it's not in your stool or in the toilet I wouldn't really worry about it to much

Rectal bleeding is never normal and you should seek medical advice.  For possible causes google "rectal bleeding" and click on to one of the many sites - the Medicinenet site is particularly informative.

If your doctor is unable to confirm positively that the cause is minor (such as anal fissure, haemorrhoids etc) I suggest that you ask for a colonoscopy.
