Constant Abodminal Pain for 5 days - Help!

Hi. This is my problem:

I've been taking a lot of food supplements (20 capsules daily) for a couple of (unrelated) health problems, recommended by an alternative medicine practitioner, for 5 days. On the fifth day in the evening, when I just srtaed eating some food, I felt a quite strong, sharp-ish pain in my right-upper abdomen, which persisted through the evening. I havent taken any supplements since.

The next morning I woke up, with pain mostly gone. However, the pain flared up again in the evening, just as soon I had a meal - chicken/rice. The pain started spreading to the upper -left side of the abdomen as well, and from the on it has been more or less constant. It is the mild and most persistent on the upper-right side, just below the ribcage towrads the centre quite boring and dull, but can also get more sharp/piercing, and. Als weaker, but constant, on the upper-left side, also spreading downwards. These parts of the abdomen are tender to touch, it is also painful for me to breathe in deeply and expand the stomach out.

Gets worse the more food I eat. Partially relieved by leaning forward. I've also been constipated for the last two days, passing stool with great difficulty today.

I am confident that this is something to do with the supplemets I took: (mostly chinese):

Chitosan 3 daily
MSM 1 teaspoon
Glutamine 1 teaspoon
Ant Powder 9 daily
Cordyceps 4 daily
Ling Zhi 4 daily

Please help! What could this be? I never had any abdominal pains before, I am 21 yaers of age.

Soory for the confusing post!
