Never ending constipation.

I am a 18 year old Female. My height is 5'9 1/2. I weight about 120 lbs. My diet has been the same for a long time, so im pretty sure that my problem had nothing to do with it. For about a month now ive had serious constipation. I thought it would go away, but clearly it is not. My pelvis would go hard after not pooping for days. When i wake up i use a suppository, so i can clean out whats in there and try not to worry about whats going on. I do the same when i get home from anywhere. When i try to make a bowel movement, there are long periods of gas passing then normal. Instead of feces, it seems like gobs of pus is coming out. I get that more often then when i poop. Its getting to the point now where i have a feeling where everything inside me drops and i have to go to the bathroom at that moment in time and it is painful trying to hold it.

Ive been increasing my fibre intake hoping to get passed this. But yet nothing has happened. When i go now. Its passing gas. Then the puss. Then passing gas, and so on. It is very exhausting and painful trying to poop.

So with the information i have included. Any idea on what could be wrong?

For one thing, maybe your body is getting used to those suppositories.
You must be pretty thin at that height and weight.  Have you tried maybe Using something like Metamucil daily and cutting down on dairy products?
Perhaps it is time for to consult with your doctor.
