Digestive

Should I be concerned if I have had loose bowels for 7 days?  It began as soft stools that were stringy and progressed to really constant diarrhea.  I have some discomfort but not terrible.  I got very nauseated and felt terrible three nights ago but not since then.  I am not on any new meds or know of anything that could have made me sick.  It just doesn't seem to be getting any better.  Terrible odor!

You can get those Ginseng Teas at most any health food store.

If this does not help, I would see your doctor, it is not healthy to be "dumping" as they call it all the time. Oh, you might also want to try buttermilk this sometimes helps with the digestion and diarrhea.

At this point I am willing to try anything!  I will wait until I return from vacation and try it!
Thanks!  Where can I find it?

Its sounds like a few different things. Food poisonning could be one. That can take up to a week to clear out of a persons digestive system. I know it did when I got it bad one time. Two you could be having an over production of acid in you stomache. Either way you should make an appoinment with your doctor.
