I have a stomach pain that lies in my upper right quadrant as well as my lower right quadrant usually one or the other Not both; I have done a lot of research and will sum up a few important factors;
When i was younger i had to go to the E.R. due to feeling like my stomach was going to burst; I ended up having an x-ray of some sort done, as well as the procedure where you are put to sleep and a camera is put down your throat, after all was said and done it was due to poor dieting and constipation.
Fast foward to 7 months ago, I started a job that made eating fast food very convenient so I would say i ate fast food (burgers fries) about 5 times a week and when i was home my dieting decisions weren't any better.
I quit my job started dieting and the pain has ceased however it didnt go away completely i am left with a discomfort in my abdomen area, It feels like if you put a "hot finger directly onto one of my organs" in the upper right / lower right quadrant areas, Its not very painful, At times of the day my abdomen area gets HOT to the touch,
Some times i get pains on my lower back (inbetween my lower / upper quadrants of my abs but on my back).
I dont have any "severe" symptoms and have looked into many different diseases, the one i would say i closely relate with most is IBS however I am not a doctor.
-Stomach Pain 4 months into working, I started having to cut my boxers on the sides because i thought my boxers were just getting tight and that was causing the pain (it helped but didnt resolve the issue).
-I believe it could be posture related but need opinions (i have poor posture but not horrible posture)
-I now juice fruits and vegetables, dont smoke cigarettes (i quit over a month ago), i rarely drink (3-5 times a year tops as of the last few years).
-The majority of my pain left when i started dieting, Prior to the diet i had pains in my belly button area (i believe it was on top of the belly button) however the main pains have ceased.
-Some days the pain is there when i wake up, some days it onsets
-the pain goes away (usually) when i lay down for long enough (some times this takes more than a hour)
-I have only had regular vowel movements and a very changed diet for about 2-3 weeks (maybe time and my new lifestyle will work??)
My real questions are: with the details provided (will provide specifics please feel free to ask if anything is unclear or needs answering) do you think I will "be fine", I will not be able to see a doctor for atleast 2 months and I wont be able to have xrays or other expensive procedures done so im hoping to be able to "cure myself" through dieting, visualization and stress reduction techniques, more water in my diet, little to no processed foods, no dairy products are part of my diet for over a month, no smoking, more exercise ( i sit alll day every day, 7 minutes lately has been assigned to walking and "dancing" to count as my "exercise", some days more time than others )
