tell me the consequences for enlarged liver. How can it effect somebody? and what if person does not smoke and does not even drink? Is it becuase of acidity? How can we bring it back to normal?

It depends on the reason for the enlargement. If it's due to fatty infiltration, then cells are dying off and being replaced by fat, which means that the liver is not operating optimally, and it time if the condition continues 'operating capacity' will continue to decrease which is not good.

Ask your doc the reason for the enlargement and discuss what can be done to change or slow down the progess of that enlargement.
