Need some answer about my stomach problems

Hello, Im 59 years old female, I had been having severe pain under my ribs in both sides, but sometimes feels like is my colon and my liver causing the pain, I know that I have stones in my liver and my kidneys, it feel like somebody is putting a fist in both sides and pushing really hard, this happens more at night everyday and when I am more anxious, Im exhausted of trying to understand what is happening to me because it feels like is under my ribs but also feels like is my colon and liver, if anybody can help me understand, is causing me a terribly stress and anxiety.
