Extreame pain, and still no diagnosis.

I am 19 Yr old female, and at age eleven my doctor told me that i had IBS, however he didnt un any tests  or anything.  he prescribed me zelnorm, witch i took for about a year but stopped taking it after no results were produced if anything it had increased my pain level.  I now still experience all the symptoms that i first came to my doctor complaining of,such as extream abdominal pain after eating, with no exception to more healthy foods or unhealthy, unbearable pain during bowel movements and with the occurance of gas in the intestans. i am constantly either constipated or experiencing diarrhea there is not an in between. recently i have been experiencing an emence pain during sex, however the pain is not directly in the vagina but rather a result of pressure being put on my intestines. my doctor has run several blood test,  urine tests, and performed a vaginal ultra sound and has found nothing. i belive that there is somthing wrong that may be far worse then IBS.  Do you know what is wrong? Please help?

bye the way, i like the name.
listen to that guy above me.  but only for diagnosis.  dont treat it with drugs and more toxins.  (which by the way in every case i have ever met leads to more problems)
look up about your disease after those expensive tests. and go to a bunch of sites.  The FDA even says almost all health issues are caused by some lack of nutrients in our food. Look in a store for food, and you cant find actually healthy food anymore. everything is less nutritious every year because of the depletion in our soil.  thats the sad truth.

have you done any stool studies?  Severe pain after eating sort of reminds me of pancreatitis, from drinking alchohol or asprin overuse.. but usually that's really sharp pain.  Usually it's local in the upper left quadrent..but you could test for that.  You could also test for celiac disease, or avoid lactose to see if that helps (takes almost a good week lactose free).  You could go see an allergist to see if anything is causing the problem.

If you haven't had a colonoscopy that might not be a bad idea just to check if something is going on..had a ct scan yet? .. just to check for diverticultisi or other issues in there.  Doesn't sound like your Gi is very helpful (ha sounds like mine..).  I guess in the meantime hit probiotics and start eliminating things but i'd probably find a new GI doctor.  You could also try an antispasmodic like librax to calm the gut down or peppermints (simple as altoids).  Just firing off ideas but good luck :S
