Gas, Bloating, Pain near my belly button??

Okay so I'm 18 years old, female. The past few days I had slight diarrhea type bowel movements as well as having the urge to gag. Like if I eat food I can't eat the entire thing without feeling like I ate too much and I have to gag. Or if I see something that's visually disturbing I feel that way. But I was never like that before.
And then one day (a day ago) I got bloated and I heard a lot of gurgling in my intestines which I think was gas. The next day it was the same in the morning but I kind of massaged my stomach a bit and began to pass gas. I also had two bowel movements afterward, both pencil thin. As well as one this morning that was mushy and broke off. I also have this pain right beside my belly button, like lower right hand side. It doesn't hurt all the time but if I touch it, it's tender.
Can someone please help me? I don't think it's colon cancer, but should I see a gastroenterologist in case it's something else?
I feel like it might be constipation? Or partial bowel obstruction but I am not sure.
Some information with be greatly appreciated! I don't know who else to ask and I have been freaking out.

Hi, the symptoms you described could be due to appendicitis, that’s when you have pain on the right side just above the pelvis and you may also have referred pain around the umbilicus (belly button). The other symptoms for Appendicitis are fever, nausea, vomiting and malaise. The other causes for pain could be urinary tract infection, pelvic infections, renal colic and sometimes bowel infections. So, please consult your primary care physician and if you cannot reach him soon enough go to the concerned hospitals emergency. Regards.

CORRECTION!! The pain is on the lower LEFT hand side of my belly button.
