any new ideas on what to do?

I posted on here a couple weeks ago but am still getting the run around with my doctors.  I have this god awful pain like something has been put in a vice grip in my lower right side. it comes and goes but when it comes god bless america it REALLY hurts.  If i eat something (doesnt matter what) I get nautious and i have VERY bad diareaha, it is so bad this last week that (i know this is alot of information but trying to get it all out there) when i have a B/M i am also passing blood. (which i am sure is from my hemroids from having 4 kids)  some times the pain will shoot into my back and then up in between my shoulder blades.  If i am on my feet for to long it tends to make it worse.  I have had a partial hysterectomy, appendix removed and galbladder.  I also had my left ovary removed due to endometriosis.  I am running out of parts to be taken out, matter of fact i am out of those.   EVERY surgery they do has turned up not to be the sourse.  I had a colonoscopy about 2 months before this all started that just showed some pallups but nothing bad they said.  this has been going on almost 2 years and i cant bear to be in this pain any longer. I want to be able to play with my kids and be able to work a full work week.  I have a very fast paced high stressed job and thank god i have worked here forever or i am sure they would of let me go a long time ago.  I have taken to somes advice on here and called my doctor to inquire about IC and dieverticulitus and he said i was to young for diver and IC isnt anything they have a test for. so again im back to square one.

Thank you hun I appreciate your advise.  I have been to the ER MANY MANY times since there is times i just cant cope with the pain anymore. So i have had all sorts of tests done. I just came back from the doctor AGAIN and they want me to now go on neurontin which is for nerve damage. they think all the surgerys caused nerve damage which caused the pain which to  me makes no sence because the pain was before all the surgerys and they did the surgerys because of the pain so how can that be? BUT they dont ever listen to me they just look at me like im insane and keep poking at me .. Thank you again for your help I really appreciate it SOO much.

Looks like they would go ahead and do either an ultrasound or a scan on your abdomen, especially since you have a history of all sorts of stuff being goofed up.  I reckon you should go visit your Ob-Gyn, too.  I know how it feels to have terrible pain and the docs just look at you, like they don't know why you're there, and then they go and treat something totally different that you didn't come in for, and you're still walking around like the living dead.

I think next time you have that pain real bad, just get in your car and go on over to the ER (if you can make the drive).  If you're bleeding, tell them that, otherwise they'll make you wait for hours upon hours.  But once you get examined, if they suspect anything oddball, they'll give you a CAT scan right then and there, they'll take some blood, maybe even pull in an expert, all in one visit.

I have no idea what the problem could be.  I mean, since the colonoscopy was recent and didn't show anything, there IS a chance something is wrong with the small bowel, which that instrument stops just short of looking in there, which is why a scan would be helpful.  And then with the history of endometriosis and your left ovary being taken out, makes me think of your right ovary and some sort of similar problem.  If you have a fever, could be you have an infection going on, which drawing blood would help show that.  But I sure as heck wouldn't go back to your regular doctor for this...it's not right to be in pain for two years and then not have a reponsive physician.
