Stomach issues

I have been experiencing severe indigestion type symptoms that vary from day to day in how strong they are for months now. Pain developing in the stomach, radiating through to the chest sometimes, causing breathlessness.  Pain under the right side of the rib cage all of which comes and goes.  I've had this for months now, I experience some light headedness and am in my second month of finding it difficult to sleep. It has become more and more constant over time.  It was initially very strong, eased for a time, and now the a mix or all of the symptoms are present to some degree daily, ESPECIALLY after food or when I'm in a crunched kind of position.

It's stressing me out.

HELP!

It could be your gallbladder, liver, pancreas, lungs. There is many things it could be. Is there anything that you have done over the past 2 months to cause an irratation to your liver or anything like that? You do need to see a doctor.
