hepatic hemangioma confirmed by Doppler colour

doctor tell me that i got hepatic hemangioma with 0.8cm by Doppler colour. i'm 31 year old, i want to know is there any prossible Doppler colour can misdiagnose hepatic hemangioma? such as liver cancer?

Thanks sir!
Due to i want a baby with recently, so i don't wnat to a MRI. so do you think i don't need more care on the Doppler colour? and don't care the  hepatic hemangioma if it is under 5cm?

These would be a common incidental finding in a 31 year old and generally of little consequence. A MRI with contrast is a more typical way of confirming the diagnosis.
